Shared Ambition, a nationwide provider of psychological interventions in The Netherlands, needed a new system to improve communication between themselves, their consultants, and their clients. Roughly 10 years ago, we worked with them to develop an online coaching application called HeyCoach. But as the world locked down during the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for telecommunication counselling and therapy grew, and HeyCoach needed to evolve to thrive.


We integrated a chat function, questionnaires, and shareable reading documents, improving the client experience and ease of communication between stakeholders. The user base grew, leading HeyCoach to become one of the country’s main tools for consultant-client contact throughout the pandemic.
