Challenge
Horizon Flevoland is a partner for sustainable growth for companies that are based in Flevoland. They support Flevoland-based entrepreneurs with investing, innovation, and growth challenges.
Horizon partnered with us to define a vision and strategy 2025 – 2028 for their ‘Groeibuzz’ program to connect entrepeneurs.
Solution
We developed this vision and strategy by using our Blueyse method. Together, we defined a set of strategic activities to bring this vision to life—connecting entrepreneurs. Activities include roundtables, white papers, a short documentary, and exhibition.
"De Flevolandse Ondernemersverhalen" Documentary
In the documentary, five impact driven entrepreneurs talked about the question “What is your vision for Flevoland of 2050?”
They reflect on their ambitions for the region and the role they play in realizing meaningful change. Meet ☀️Monique Bijl-van der Wal from BEACH-STREET Skincare, Arie Baak from VCU Robotics, Jacob Brands from Project Octopus, Hielke Visserman from AgriDokter, and Rick Klink from Klink Zeewolde as they each offer their perspective on the future of Flevoland.
Connected to the documentary, we translated the stories of the entrepeneurs into a exhibition. This will be exhibited at a large award show in Flevoland, and then travel to different places within the province.
Together with Horizon, we realized our creative concept and direction, script writing, and production into a beautifully shot documentary by media production company Beeldkrakers.



INSPIRATION TABLES
To facilitate meaningful connections between entrepreneurs, we organize in 2025 a series of 12 inspiration tables. In each table we dive deep into a topic related to the focus areas of Horizon. Topics include water, bio based building, renewable energy, and dual-use.
Through each table, the documentary, and exhibition, we strive to connect, inspire, and share knowledge.
